Support to our clients is of paramount importance to all of us here. We have been trained by our suppliers in all aspects of software and hardware and we consider our support to be of very high level. We are not salesmen but time served technicians who have at some point worked in the front line of Retail & Hospitality. If you are thinking of changing or upgrading your EPoS system or it may not be giving you what you need or you have been let down by your existing suppler then feel free to give us a call.
We can call out to see you at a time that’s convenient for you and would be happy to discuss your concerns or requirements and offer free and impartial advice where possible, as well as try and resolve any issues you’re having. We operate within a 150 mile radius from our office which is based just outside of Cardiff next to the M4 Corridor. We can provide support and training on any products supplied from our suppliers as well as offer out of hours support 7 days a week 363 days of the year (except Christmas day & Boxing day.) Written references can be supplied on request.
With all our systems we offer an inclusive 12 month support contract and we will provide training of the installed equipment as well as offer updates and upgrades within that period, giving you peace of mind.
